My goals are to love myself, create a better me, workout to better my body not to punish it. My fitness journey is just beginning and i want to show everyone that anyone can do it. Positive reinforcement is key. I am learning to love myself and my body for what it is and striving to better myself to be a fitter and healthier version of me. The number on the scale doesnt mean a thing, its about how you feel, the changes you see and never giving up.
